Adding many events from a file
Have a season of events in a spreadsheet or a calendar? Add up to 30 at a time. Nothing goes public: every event starts as a private draft that you check and publish yourself.
A spreadsheet (.xlsx or .csv) from our template, or a calendar file (.ics) from Google or Apple Calendar
Events, then Add from a file. It is read on your own device and never leaves it
Ready rows, rows to fix with the reason, and events you already have
The ready ones become private drafts. The rest are left out
Finish each draft's checklist, then publish. Or publish all the ready ones together
Made a mistake? Delete the import, and every draft from it that you have not published goes away.

If something looks wrong, choose Delete this import. Every draft from that upload that you have not published is removed. Published events are never touched.
