A circle is a group you invite people into, so you can share a proposal with all of them at once.

Choose who can share

Share a proposal to it
Everyone in the circle gets it at once and can respond
Members you allow can share their own proposals to the circle too.
Organizing an event? Send it to a circle from the event page, and every member is notified with the link. It works for public events and for events that are unlisted.
